Who we are

Jingkejia was founded in Beijing in 2009 and spent more than fifteen years supplying equipment and engineered products to Chinese institutional and commercial projects — heating systems, pump and refrigeration equipment, and building works. That business taught us something that most trading companies never learn: a specification is a promise, and the job is not finished when the container leaves.

In 2024 we launched JKEJOE to bring the same operating standard to personal health care. Today the range covers more than 480 products across ear care, neck and shoulder, eye care, head and hair, facial beauty, fascia guns, waist and body, foot care and massage chairs.

How we work

• We quote what we can deliver. If a lead time is unrealistic, we say so before you order rather than after.
• Every order is checked against the specification before it is packed — not sampled at random.
• Low minimums. Most lines start at one piece, so you can test a product in your market before committing to volume.
• One person answers. Your enquiry goes to someone who can make a decision, not to a shared inbox.

Where we ship

Our products go to importers, distributors, spas and retail chains across North America, Eastern and Southern Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Everything we sell is traded through our Alibaba.com store as a verified Gold Supplier, which means orders can be placed under Trade Assurance rather than by bank transfer alone.
